Trainee bricklayer, we work as part of a team building houses and being shown how, what and to do
Yes slowly getting the hang of it, thoroughly enjoying the course
It’s great, we are lucky to work with a nice group of people, the other apprentices seem interested and our mentors really go the extra mile.
Yes it’s layed out well, we’re always kept busy and learning new skills My only feeling of disorganisation would be related to the computer/Smart Assessor Though we are all new to the system and will take a while to get the hang of it
Excellent support from employer if and when needed, our mentors are also brilliant really going above and beyond what would be expected
We have good contact with our training provider and he is clear with what he needs from us, also answers all emails or query’s raised I just find the website itself quite very busy and hard to read
They’re grand , I’ve learned and improved alot in a short space of time. I couldn’t have done this without the scheme and my mentors
Yes there are social events, for example Christmas dinner
Yes
Would highly recommend, so rare to find such a great group of people. With a high standard of work and a high standard of behaviour I would recommend this course or company happily
Be honest, hardworking and friendly You’ll fit in just fine
