My overall role is to shadow hair stylist so I can gain my own experience to becoming a stylist. I greet customers daily, assist their needs with coffee, gowning them up and making sure they have the best experience possible. I also train on different clients at the moment with applying roots and washing hair.
I have learnt so many new skills for example shampooing and washing clients hair, applying roots and working in a hairdressing environment. I have improved on my customer service skills also.
I enjoy the programme to a big degree, I enjoy every part of the programme as i have entered a new career journey and its an amazing opportunity.
My programme is brilliantly organised and I have set goal and regular consultations to help me reach my goals.
I receive all the support I need from my employer she is with my every step of the way.
I receive a lot of support in the practical area to meet my qualification and my employer is constantly their for reassurance.
It will help me to become the hairdresser I want to be and it very structured to help me reach the goal.
I do social activities with work on a regular basis.
