Assisting with audit clients and completing work towards the audit. Being involved in planning, as well as substantive testing. Visiting client sites- performing stock takes. Coaching more junior team members whilst learning myself.
My job was something that i had no prior experience in, and therefore, every task has been as a result of learning. I have developed my IT skills greatly (were fairly poor before).
I really enjoy my programme, I enjoy working closely with colleagues and constantly building my knowledge portfolio and pushing myself with my work.
Really well organised, I know when all my exams are at least a year in advance which makes it great for planning holidays etc around busy exam seasons. I know exactly when i will be qualified which is great too. Also they are transparent about pay rises
Lots of support, there are various channels you can receive this from, as well as performance managers and buddied within your office.
BPP can be difficult sometimes, especially now most of the learning is delivered online, however, I do usually have my problems looked in to once I raise them.
It is incredibly important to my job role. The qualifications teach me the knowledge and my job allows me to apply this knowledge into real life work, I don't feel I would be any where near as knowledgeable without either one of them.
We have socials within the offcie that are usually activity based followed by food and drinks, there are also big christmas parties etc. You can be involved in the social committees like I am if you want to be more involved with that.

Good job with great opportunities for future career developments. Well paid, and education is great- learn while you earn.
Be confident, no question is a stupid question- everyone has to start somewhere.
