I commission and manage a number of Public Health contracts in the Local Authority. This includes daily interaction with local providers and colleagues.
I have been able to develop my people skills learning about a number of techniques including emotional intelligence.
The programme is now complete. I found it difficult to complete especially as a result of the pandemic and all the learning was delivered remotely.
There were a number of issues at the outset of the course that took some time for RTB the iron out. Once these were fixed things were better organised.
I changed roles half way through the course. My new manager and team were far more supportive than my previous manager.
My contact at the RTB was excellent and i would not have managed to complete the course without her support and input.
I feel a have been able to develop some existing skills such as i have mentioned above as well learning new skills including finance related skills and detailed project management tools.
Not that i am aware of.
