I'm responsible for driving new customers sales across our online sales channels of affiliates, paid search, organic search and remarketing. This involves setting the strategy and roadmap plus optimisation.
- Improved time management with practical tips and tools to better utilise my time. - Skills to better solve problems and make decisions. - Greater awareness of myself - improved communication skills and interpersonal skills such as active listening - Better equipped to deal with conflict management
The programme is a real commitment but having to make the time to focus on delivering the required learning and focus on myself is helping me become really disciplined with my time.
Really well organised and structured. Engaging coach and trainers with a great online platform to manage the activities etc

My coach, is extremely supportive and really engaging. I enjoy the 121 coaching sessions we have every month. If I need support I know where to find it
It's definitely equipping me new skills and knowledge to take into my role
The business holds a range of events (socials, updates etc..) to provide us with opportunities to meet with colleagues and keep close to the business strategy and priorities. It also holds a Women in Tech forum
