Existing skills have been developed from previous role. New skills have also been learnt
I love my role and the diversity of it.
Well organised and the team know and understand each of their daily tasks and responsibilities
Of all my roles within the business, I would say this has been the role where I have received the most support
First mentor didn't provide any support or guidance but, second mentor was amazing - I wouldn't have completed the apprenticeship without her
Not as of yet but, if there comes a point where I have people reporting into me, I think that will be the opportunity for me to use the skills I learnt
Not currently as we have only just opened the office up since lockdown
