Supporting people in the community 1 to 1. People with autism, mental health issues or learning disabilities.
No I didn't really learn anything new. I had been doing the role for 5 years and this was more of a refresher. I asked to do the level 4 but this was declined.
It was OK. It was a lot of work for just refreshing knowledge. But as it was paid as work it was fine.
Yeah it was very well structured. There is so much to do you need the tutor to keep badgering you to get it done
Employer was happy to pay us to do the work for the course.
Yeah they were always setting goals and keeping in touch to chase work
I didn't qualify. I was hoping the qualification would enable me to get a better job. But half way through the qualification I got a better job but was unable to carry the qualification to my new role

It's a very fun place to work. Day to day there is no stress.
