Yes, I was new to the role. I have e-learning, new skill from my apprenticeship, and on going training
Yes so far its been enjoyable, I am learning new skills and learning how to work with our team. Marston's are very supportive and provide a company vision
I use the portal to support my learning , my trainer is very supportive and ensures I understand each task. I feel very organised and all of my on the job training is supported
I get support from my Manager, he always goes up and above to support my training and development . When my learning coach gives me tasks to complete my mentor always sits down with me and goes through all training needs
