I enjoy the programme as I am able to develop myself and progress my knowledge further to be able to understand more about what happens in telecoms.
The programme is structured very well and involves us only needing to do a Two hour call once a month and then completing the work in our own time making sure we stay up with our 20% off the job learning.
I receive a lot of support with constant support from my manager who is happy for me to complete education based work when it suits me and is able to offer me any help where necessary and helps me to develop myself.
The training provider is excellent and is always reachable even with so many different students which helps to make them more approachable, which means I am able to communicate clearly when I am stuck as well as constant help for mental wellbeings.
I feel that the qualification does a good job with helping me be better at my role as it allows me to understand and apply my existing knowledge from A levels to the business so I am more aware of where I work.
There are always opportunities to do social events with other apprentices/grads, in the local town as well as being encouraged to take 5 days a year to volunteer which is fully paid for.
