  • Whilst studying to gain my level 4 qualification, I am currently working within our PMO organisation where we are implementing governance for projects as well as helping deliver support to our projects.

  • There are many skills I have learnt and developed whilst on this course however would say the main ones are my time management skills as well as my stakeholder management skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am currently loving my Programme, the support I have received form both Virgin Media and my training organisation has been outstanding. Throughout my years in education I have never seen such a well structured Programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There has been so much support from both my employer as well as my training provider, they both have made it very clear who to contact and where to go if we need support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Due to employees leaving the training providers organisation it left me without a set couch for a few months which did lead to confusion around how to submit modules. However this has now been rectified and I am now flying.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification I am gaining has a major impact on my understanding on how projects should be run and gives me a great grounding to move forward within my industry.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • It depends on what section of the organisation you are in as to what events you might go to. However there is a great love for build a community and is often times where you can go to social events.

  • Yes

  • The Programme is vey well structured, the benefits are first calls and the support given with my team is second to none.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
  • Make sure to not stress yourself to much when going through the application process. Be your self and take it as an opportunity to gain experience if nothing else.
