A Mixture consisting of; working on my budgeting project, shadowing on a series of placement with other functions and learning activities and submissions.
I have learnt plenty on the systems in use and how to implement, build, follow and enforce governance. I have learnt how to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences and stakeholders. I have also learnt techniques on how to lead a project and enhance team cohesion
I find it extremely rewarding to be able to grow personally and professionally. The programme has exceeded my expectations in every regard and I couldn't be more pleased with it.
Exceedingly so. The programme is very well organised and I have had the experience of realising why we are doing things now further down the line. I have the feeling that they are multiple steps ahead at any given point and it is such a great feeling.
All the support I could wish for. We have multiple point of contact. A buddy system, a future careers team, line manager, each other, course provider/coach, and everyone who I speak to in the business says if I need help to just reach out.
The provider has gone through some unfortunate turmoil with two of our coaches leaving the company. this meant we was left without a coach for a while however, the new one we have has gone out of her way to provide the best support and make up for lost time.
The qualification is directly correlated to the role and provides a theoretical foundation in which allows me to understand and implement best practice in the real world of project management.
There are. I have been invited to going the 5-a-side football team. We have been on a few work events and there are plenty of networking events available to attend. there is a volunteering scheme and an ambassador scheme of which i have been involved.
