  • Installing network circuits online, for business customers. Day to day - reviewing contracts, filling out forms, gathering and compiling data, then using this to create the circuit.

  • Yes. There is a whole training programme dedicated to providing training for many IT skills.

  • It's fairly enjoyable but also challenging.

  • Very well organised, no issues

  • They support me in any way that they can.

  • Enough, however sometimes you have to be quite proactive to get the support that you need.

  • Very well. It gives a lot of required knowledge.

  • Yes, there are all of the above. Haven't been able to access this much due to covid, however it is now coming back
