Probably due to a poor experience from the providor, i do not enjoy the programme, but am focussed on attaining the qualification
Again, providor related. Their organisation has been poor up to this point, but the programme is set out in an even and manageable way
As much as is required
Support is available on request.

An excellent employer, supportive, progressive, encouraging and inclusive. Definately an organisation that others should strive to be more like.
