  • i really enjoy the job aspect of the programme, the learning aspect of the programme is good but had to do from home (virtual)

  • from my business, it is very well organised. From the university, it is less well organised, with unclear communication

  • As much support as i need. I am always able to take time to do my uni work

  • some support- there are group sessions available but communication after is slow and difficult as not face to face like full time students

  • PepsiCo are a great company for young and experienced individuals. They offer great support and great opportunities with lots of room for development

  • Work experience is the best way to present yourself- as long as youre motivated, hard working and willing to learn, you will do well
