i really enjoy the job aspect of the programme, the learning aspect of the programme is good but had to do from home (virtual)
from my business, it is very well organised. From the university, it is less well organised, with unclear communication
As much support as i need. I am always able to take time to do my uni work
some support- there are group sessions available but communication after is slow and difficult as not face to face like full time students
it is already helping with my role (after only 8 months)
there are lots of fun sessions such as pizza days etc

PepsiCo are a great company for young and experienced individuals. They offer great support and great opportunities with lots of room for development
Work experience is the best way to present yourself- as long as youre motivated, hard working and willing to learn, you will do well
