Developed excel skills / capabilities
Being able to build on existing skills, and develop new ones to help advance my skillset.
Structure was ok, however there were parts of the programme that can't be directly applied to my day-to-day role.
Support in the form of prioritising workload
Regular 121s, and flexible working
For certain elements I would say a great deal i.e. working in excel, however other parts such as SQL can't be used as part of my role so aren't applicable.
