My role involves working on a variety of different projects, for example, at the moment I am testing part of a very important system that High profile retailer uses everyday.
I have learned many new skills, too many to name in fact, but I really enjoyed learning about Java and have continued to develop my skills with the language.
I generally enjoy my programme.
I feel that Capgemini understand the value that Apprentices bring to a business.
As I joined very early on in the programme, the few troubles that plagued my apprentice intake have been sorted out now and I'm sure that new apprentices will be reap the benefits of our previous experience.
Support is there if it is needed.
Again, support is there if it is needed.
As I joined early on and have been an apprentice for almost two years, the salary/package at this moment in time could be a little better, but I am still much better off than a lot of people my age.
There are opportunities outside of work.
