my role requires taking inbound calls from virgin medias customer in order to recontact them assist with any faults and all around help customers with their virgin media experience. i also take part in meeting and other internal activities to help expand my knowledge and help the company develop as a whole
i have learn and developed many skills at virgin media these consist of the following, inter personal skills and sales skills these skills allow and help me to communicate effectively with customers this helps the customers get the best deals and it also help me preform well within my role at virgin media
i very much so enjoy my programme in regards to my apprenticeship work at virgin media. i find it fun and informative however i wish it was more challenging as often it feel like the information is common sense, partially at this time of the year it has been hard to focus on the apprentice due to price rise and call volumes
my organization (virgin media o2) structures my programme in to my work life pretty well, they grant monthly meeting with my apprenticeship coach and other activity's though out the month in order to help me with my apprentice, they also have an apprentice team which the apprentices at virgin can go to.
i get lots of support from my employer at virgin media when it comes to my apprenticeship. support comes from all sides such as my team manager and my apprentice coach and the apprenticeship department at virgin media, my employer has also set up group chats with other apprentices so we can communicate with each other
i receive a lot of support form my training provider this can range from calls to talk about any work i am struggling with to frequent check ups to see how my work is progressing to providing training and learning resources to help me with completing the work to meet high standards
my apprentice is designed to help me provide a very good customer service this helps me in my job role as a customer retentions agent at virgin media o2 as it makes me more skilled in convincing customer to stay with virgin media o2 and getting the best for the customer
they are many extra curricular activities to get involved in at your work these range from charity days where we go work for a charity for a day and virgin media o2 pay us for this to staff nights out where virgin media o2 pay for the night out so it is free for the employees

good incentives and benefits for working at virgin media o2 and the job role is quite a rewarding role helping both the customer and the company get good deal for both party's involved the pay is also very good and the commission scheme is fun to challenge yourself against to achieve high stats
when applying to virgin media o2 it is important to be extremely professional whilst being yourself at the same time. this is because virgin media invests in their staff as a whole and prides its self on their staff members, i would also recommended revising some of the virgin products before
