My role is to provide person centred care to all our residents, ensuring all paperwork is correct and completed at all times, being in charge of the unit
I am continually developing my existing skills and knowledge in all areas of my job role and am learning new things everyday
I am really enjoying learning and putting my new found skills to practice
My tutor has been very helpful when it comes to structure especially as I struggled with timings due to my old job
I have only been with my current employer less than 3 months so it’s hard to say
My tutor is very supportive, in my last place of work I was struggling with the timing due to always being at work and received support to help keep me on track from my tutor
I feel the support and support materials given have really helped me not only perform better at work but in everyday things
Unsure as I haven’t been their long and our new manager has been with us for 2 weeks
Yes
Because my tutor has given me support needed that is tailored to me
To go for the diplomas as you will gain a better understanding but also employers like you to have qualifications
