To analyse potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to fund managers.
I have hugely developed my knowledge as i knew very little about investments when i joined as a school leaver and have worked my way up in the organisation.
The context of the programme has been varied and challenging which has made it enjoyable
It is very well organised with clear deadlines set out for the year well in advance.
abrdn has supported me greatly since day 1 on the programme and my workplace mentor as well as wider department have all contributed to my success on the programme.
abrdn provide a lot of support in the form of study days, helpful and knowledgeable mentors and colleagues willing to take time to help when you feel you need a helping hand.
It has given me a lot of confidence and expanded my knowledge in a lot of different areas of our business which has helped me to perform better each year.
I try to get involved as much as i can particularly in the social activities.
