Working within the learning and development team I help deliver and develop training materials and produce data insights for learning outputs Day to day I provide administrative support with Insight profile creation and HPT assessments

I have learnt new skills in SQL/Python and R whilst using Power BI for data visualisation

I have really taken alot from the course I have learnt much more than I expected too

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The overall delivery and coaches were excellent, my only issue is the functional skills that I required which was left to end of the apprenticeship now I am left trying to take these exams when others have finished the course

Extremely well supported my manager has really allowed me to use my objectives to complete the portfolio projects

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When I have needed extra guidance and supports its been there my coach was excellent in supporting me as required

100% given the skills learnt now its about applying the new skills

Yes outside of Covid but as a HR team we connect virtually
