  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I did enjoy it for the first 4 months, now I just feel demotivated. I feel a little isolated on my course and I would enjoy group learning sessions. The course itself has many requirements (Skill Builder exams; Cognitive Assessments) which need to be completed regularly however they don't add any value/benefit to the course.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is high paced course. The sessions presenting new topics are every 6 weeks where the tutor reads out the slides for 1.5hrs. There is a space for questions but it is all rushed and support outside these sessions is non-existent. The assessment deadlines are regular however the feedback on the assessments is not delivered.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is always helpful assisting me with any questions when writing assessments and providing me with real work experience. I would say going beyond the standard! I am proud of the Apprenticeship team who are being super proactive, keeping me up-to-date with any news and always quick to reply and resolve. We have the MS team folder where we all share any info.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I wish I could give some positive feedback. There is a space for my questions but it is all rushed and support outside these sessions is non-existent. The tutor overloaded with workload and other students take priority in receiving the feedback on their assessments. Sadly, no official apology nor prior communication was sent on this. When it comes to providing my feedback on the session the tutor is typing up my feedback to the form and asking me to justify it.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I do feel that what I am studying helps me with the day-to day workload. The theory that I have learnt is being used in my role and my colleagues recognise it. It is a great feeling to have accomplished so much just within several months thanks to the course.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many social events that employer organises for the public. They are inspirational lectures and a range of talks, workshops, training events, symposiums, and conferences. Just to note that I am hugely grateful for my employer being flexible and giving me the time to work, study and join these events
