Selling products, Working on the trade counter, Restocking, compiling orders, Delivering, Mentoring, Health and safety representative, Trade counter Representative.
Improved interpersonal skills, Improved some aspects of product knowledge.
I enjoyed the additional responsibilities, and the networking prospects, meeting new people.
Initially was very well organised, My mentor was changed half way through which caused concern, Support started well but tailed off slightly towards the last 6 months, Initially pre-pandemic we held our workshops at a centralised location, unfortunately that changed during the pandemic to remote workshops and I did not enjoy that as much.
Excellent support throughout this course by my employer.
Initially very good pre-pandemic. Once the pandemic hit uncertainties crept in and things were being changed, workshops rearranged, mentor changes. I understand some aspects could not be changed, but I do believe communication could have been better during post pandemic.
I do believe there is very good value to be had with the course I took part in, Would highly recommend to new starters. It enabled me to form a base of which to improve on for future.
Occasional work events, there is plenty to get involved in throughout the business nationally, not as much locally.
Yes
