To serve customers, help customers with enquiries about products or a service we offer. To maintain high stock standards, making sure that products are correctly rotated and have a price ticket for customers to see. Working along side management to make sure that all tasks are completed as expected to be.
Yes I have learnt numerous things thorough out my corse that I can adapt into my day to day work routine. Team work, Environmental issues, how to deal with store complaints and issues that may come up. And working on my maths skills also improving my handwriting through out the course.

Much, difficult at times with staff shortages but they’ve always found the time to help and support me when I have required it.

Helps me bring new things and skills into my day to day retail life, using what I’ve learnt to help customers and colleagues the way we work and the way the shop with us.
We occasionally have team bonding nights, and have a couple of meals a year out together:)
