My role is to make sure the shelves are stocked up, also to support on till to keep the shop working smoothly. A daily task would be scanning and pulling items from upstairs to put out on the shop floor.
I have learnt many job specific skills, which could b applied in to all of retail, such as cashing up or management skills. I have learnt to be professional and calm and composed which is key to management.
I think this program is perfect for me it was exactly what I wanted to do.
It is very well organised, I have been kept up to date on everything, I've had loads of help, the work system is so clear and easy to use.
My employer is very supportive of this program, I always can get the help I need in store for any of the both that I need them for.
Loads, we cover a lot in our calls/meetings, I can access her very easily for any help, she has a great attitude towards supporting us
It has very I'm portent information in the apprenticeship work that does get used on a day to day basis in store.
due to covid, we obviously haven't been able to Do very much in groups, but we always have our Christmas meal, and there is the possibility of other activities

because its a good place to work, with good pay, good people and you know you will be treated right
make it clear you are ready to work hard, because it's not an easy job. Seem eager, and try be confident in the interview.
