    • Yes, particularly around emotional awareness and project planning

    • I thoroughly enjoy the program, it allows me flexibility to study alongside my day to day work

    • It is structured well, however there are pats of the course program that haven't occurred, mainly due to the disruption caused by the pandemic

    • Great support as and when I need it, however balancing the demanding work load for my role plus the studying continues to be a challenge

    • Excellent support as and when I need it

    • As I am still undergoing the course, I am motivated to achive the award to conclusion for personal career development. I find that I incorporate what I am learning into my role as a General Manager

    • Yes there are but I live 2 hours drive away from my work location, so am not reasonably able to participate in them

    • Yes

    • They are a great company to work for, I have worked for Elior for many years and have found them to be a responsible employer overall compared to others in the industry

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Elior?

    • In that if they wanted to progress, as long as they have an "open minded" manager, they will be able to progress well
