  • Using Famly to send parents picture of their children , completing observations, providing meals, cleaning and tidying, changing nappies, helping other staff, putting out childrens bedding, doing handover at the end of day and morning

  • I enjoy it a lot but sometimes it’s stressfull and I get tired, but regardless , it’s so rewarding

  • Very. I have a monthly studying plan

  • It widens my knowledge but it’s mainly my own research which is what I use to help me preform better at this moment in time
