Everyday can be different, now I am a year into my apprenticeship all of the tradesman let do the work.
I’ve learned a lot more skills than I thought I would of like knowing how to safely use a grinder being fire trained and also a lot more.
I highly enjoy it
Very well every day my supervisor has something for me to do.
Balfour beatty has offered me so much support and help through my apprenticeship.
Gen 2 also have given me a ridiculous amount of support to get my through my apprenticeship.
I’m 50/50 because of what I do is theory side which is like physics and maths but the health and safety side they’ve helped incredibly.
There are network events and team building events that we get put on to help us.
Yes
Because of how well they have taken me in and how brilliant of a workforce they have working for them.
Just be yourself that’s all they are looking for you don’t need to know everything about the role you’re applying for because that’s why they take you in to teach you it.
