Day to day acivities include the maintenance and rebuilding of military equipment along side trying to herd cats which is how it feels to get a straight answer out of the management
i have learnt many new skills such as valve timing on an engine the correct way to tap holes basic welding and a bit more
Babcock is never the most organised company in the world
you recive support if you ask for it enough
Warwickshire colleges are actullly pretty good at supporting their apprentices
They provide the basics that you develop on at work
the company has a football team and their has been some trips in the past
No
the company isnt the best organised and can get people down
Keep on top of requests and things you have asked for and keep chasing them up otherwise the managers will forget about them
