  • Day to day acivities include the maintenance and rebuilding of military equipment along side trying to herd cats which is how it feels to get a straight answer out of the management

  • i have learnt many new skills such as valve timing on an engine the correct way to tap holes basic welding and a bit more

  • Warwickshire colleges are actullly pretty good at supporting their apprentices

  • They provide the basics that you develop on at work

  • the company isnt the best organised and can get people down

  • Keep on top of requests and things you have asked for and keep chasing them up otherwise the managers will forget about them
