    • Testing Companies year end financial statements to ensure they are not materially misstated Working directly with clients to provide assurance over the accuracy of their financial statements Working as part of a team on projects between 2 weeks and 2 months long at a time

    • Technical Skills in Audit, Excel, Caseware, Inflo Softer Skills in communication, organisation, presenting, time management, leadership

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • Very challenging and rewarding - Often stressful but only due to high levels of responsibility allowed to individuals of all levels - Steep learning curve so always a new challenge every day - Get to work on lots of jobs so gain experience on lots of different clients

    • Very well established and organised structure, with high exam pass rates and fast promotion opportunities available

    • Plenty available, and very good culture of wanting to help one another.

    • Very well qualified and engaging tutors on all the exam courses. Very high pass rates are a testament to the quality of tuition and support provided

    • There's plenty of crossover between the role and the exams, and the two complement each other well

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • We have individual team socials every quarter, as well as larger department socials and a company Christmas party. I also play football with my colleagues and there's a netball team

    • Yes

    • Exciting place to work - Lovely people - Challenging role but very rewarding - Fast growing company means lots of opportunity for promotion - Smaller size than big 4 means more variety of work and greater responsibility
