Incredible amount of support. Any issues they are there on hand to help with. Including home life as well.
Again incredible amount of support. As someone who is older being out of school having to re learn all that for qualification but they are on hand to help with anything I struggle with.
Learning the basics is key without them we wouldn’t be able to do the job so it is very important.

Great place to work, good competitive salary especially for younger apprentices. A job for life due to the contracts they currently hold. Good pension.
Do it don’t think twice. You get a job with Babcock you’ve got a job for life on a good wage.
