General Manager of a pub; ensuring guests receive great customer service and good quality food, health and safety compliance, stock takes, social media marketing, recruitment and team development ect
Developed my leadership style and understood how to alternate my techniques to fit with different employees based on their experience of completing tasks and soft skills.
The programme is really helpful in helping me understand how I can be a better manager and develop my own soft skills.
Dates provided ahead of time for calls with flexibility around working shifts. I always know what I need to have completed in time.
