  • Learned an array of skills in terms of using tools and equipment, problem solving in engineering and how different systems work.

  • I enjoy the fact I have learned so much in a short space of time and can see the progression I have made since I started.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well organised with a clear structure of who to contact when help and advice is required. Also monthly tasks are set which gives a clear path of progression.

  • All the support I need. Whether it is time to do coursework or a chance to change rolls temporarily to gather different evidence.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I am given a great amount of support that gives me the confidence to carry out new parts of training and learning on my own initiative.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification gives me a theoretical background of how systems should work in an ideal world and a general understanding so that I am not going into tasks in work blind.

  • There are lots of extra curricular activities that are available to benefit myself and opportunities such as becoming a STEM ambassador.

  • Yes

  • You are well compensated for a job and career that teaches and supports through training to becoming a better individual within the area of work.

  • Apply yourself to college/course work. Also, always ask questions and keep notes.
