  • Heavily involved with working in the marine industry and working on submarines, doing overhauls and general maintenance on specialist equipment

  • Help from employer is great and worthwhile, definitely help me if I am struggling in any way shape or form

  • When working towards my qualifications I can’t ask for greater help than my employer as they offer me great academic challenges and opportunities above the minimum level

  • My qualification helps me greatly as it will help me gain my full experience when working through my different sections, again rated very highly for help and experience

  • Social activities are planned every so often for team building and communication development

  • Yes

  • The company take great care and attention to help individuals obtain there dream career and the company benefits are outstanding therefor I suggest this is one of the best schemes to exist


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Babcock?
  • The need to apply yourself and be interested, if the candidate is not they will struggle hard through there apprenticeship as they value the work output highly, candidate should be very willing to try hard and apply themselves when given the opportunity
