I manage our commercial partnerships at Wunderman Thompson. This means the onboarding of new partners, and management of our existing partners. This includes developing joint business plans, marketing plans and enablement plans.
Yes, I have developed my listening skills and overall my confidence in my role. I now have a toolkit which has enabled me to have the tools and models to support me in my role.
Although the course was very content heavy at times, it was really beneficial to my current role and both my career and personal development.
The programme was well structured, although there was a little confusion to start as we began on an old system (One File) and then transferred over to the new system (Bud). Some of the tasks were lost or had to be repeated
A lot of support from my line manager!
I received a lot of support from the training provider, as was able to ask questions on our monthly check-in calls. This kept me on track with my targets for the portfolio work
