I manage the day to day activities of 2 Premier Inn Hotels. manage 2 deputy managers.
I have learnt about how much our customers mean to the existence of our Company and brand. How to effectively manage people with different learning styles
I really enjoy it, my Trainer is so positive and reassuring and I feel she is very approachable and helpful
It is well structured. I am told hat each lesson will entail and to what I need in preparation for each session.
My company ensures that I get the time needed to complete my apprenticeship
I receive lots of support. I had some mental health challenges over the past year or so and she accommodated the time off I required. She is patient when I had my promotion and needed some time to settle into my new role & more recently had Covid-19 and had to change sessions with short notice.
I already feel it would be a great help - I am already learning different management styles, how brand standards help build a reputable company, etc
I help raise money for our charity partners for our region.

I started at Whitbread nearly 13 years ago in Housekeeping and I am now a Dual Site Hotel Manager. I feel Whitbread gives you the potential to upskill and progress in any way you want to. They value you as an employee and I think that matters most
Be yourself, be honest and make sure you let them know if you want to progress and they shall enable that.
