I am a shift manager, i run the shifts and am in charge of the store, making sure it runs smooth. I also have to count the safe, write emails, do product checks etc.
Yes, since doing my apprenticeship I went from crew member to shift manager so I have learnt many many new skills.
I really enjoyed it as it showed me to an extent a different side of McDonald’s I didn’t know about and I learnt a lot from it.
It was very organised
My work wasn’t as supportive as they could’ve been but this was amended at the end of my apprenticeship.
The person I had to teach/ help me with my apprenticeship was extremely helpful and always replied to anything I asked him. The support was amazing.
It has helped me understand the different side of the job, and understanding the managerial side a lot better with this knowledge
We have football events, love to listen surveys and meetings, crew trainer and manager meetings, litter picking events.
Yes
It’s a great company to work for
Make friends and your job will be so much easier, it’s very easy to at McDonalds and the pay is amazing.
