  • Business manager- store manager in charge of the business and the daily controls whist delivery great customer service

  • communicate and people skills i have improved on since being on my apprenticeship resulting in my store achieving bigger and better results

  • part time over the 4 years means i can earn whilst i learn and gives me the opportunity to implement my new skills into the business straight away

  • amazing- the block teaching is great as i can focus on my daily job role and plan in uni tasks around my day to day life resulting in good time management

  • my employer had given me little support over the 4 years

  • they could not of offered anymore- they was very helpful and supportive ensuring i had everything i needed

  • being a business manager and completing a business manager degree it has helped me perform higher within my role and have helped the business grow and move forward
