I’m a shift manager so I run and plan shifts, deal with customers, money, food safety and health and safety
Yes I have learned a lot of new skills and was promoted to second assistant manager because of this
The apprenticeship is really good and I have gained a lot of knowledge from completing it
It’s is very organised. Aptem was a great tool that sectioned all of my learning out and gave me reminders when things were due
I recieved a good amount of support from my employer. Sometimes could have used more but it does get busy in McDonalds so I understood why
The support from my training provider has been excellent. Reece has helped me every step of the way and has answered any questions I have had promptly
Very well as I said before I got a promotion through the help I have received from Reece
