Trainee project manager. Day to day I manage a small project with limited scope and carry out audit, admin and management information tasks

I'm well supported and have good colleagues so enjoy the programme a lot.
No promotion to full role at the end of the apprenticeship to show that the time was valued by the Bank.
This was the first year that the apprenticeship had been run so there were many initial issues such as changing tutors and no clear picture of what happens at the end of the programme
Except during the end crush when everyone tried to submit the trainer was always available, approachable and helpful.
Time was set aside for completing apprentice tasks and help was given in day to day role to aid.
