I work closely with other members of the team to complete workbooks and obtain and document support from the client to complete the audit.
I have gained a lot of confidence and I'm now able to speak to clients easily. I have developed a more questioning mindset and have improved my problem solving skills.
I enjoy the balance of work and education and feel extremely supported in all areas. It is sometimes a little difficult working remotely to ask as many questions as I may need; however, this is only occasionally.
I have found the programme very structured which allows me to clearly plan my time and work more efficiently. I also feel everything is communicated well in advance which also helps.
I feel very supported in all aspect through the different roles that EY offers, such as counselors, buddies and apprentice coaches.
During the time of college and in-between the exam I feel any help is there when I have reached out. If I had any further questions outside of when I had college I wouldn't be too sure on who to approach.
I have been able to relate things that we did in college in my role at work which has been very beneficial and also makes what we learnt in college easier to understand
There are frequent social events held by the Hull office as well as bigger firm wide networking events
Yes
I feel very supported so the transition from school to work was much easier
Be yourself and not how you think the firm wants you to be.
