Alot. The view of a future in the business and challenging day-to-day activities motivates me to work to my greatest effort.
Quite. I feel valued both by superiors and colleauges.
Some alterations has been made to the programme and I've felt a bit out of the loop at times regarding the news.
Average.

I believe that the programme is a great gateway for young people who are unsure of how to get into the ICT business, especially for the bit older apprentice who'd have to wait until their early 30s to gain a job with a future.
Seize the oppertunity to get a head start to other college/uni students by gaining the much valued experience both in knowledge and on your CV. A fully paid degree is now more valuable than ever.
