No one day is the same as a client management apprentice. It can go from dealing with the billing for the previous month to attending a trustee meeting to take minutes.
I have developed great people skills dealing in client role where you are liasing with people of various statures. This has also improved the way i write emails and small reports.
The programme so far has been a great experience and Aon as a company have been very inclusive.
In terms of Apprenticeship, it is a very well structured apprenticeship. There a monthly meetings with your coach where you assess your progression every month, before tackling exam content and assignments to be completed.
Aon are very aware of the pressures of a work/study life. They offer a number of study days as well as any additional services that they may help with to ensure you are reaching your potential.
As stated earlier, the training coach is always willing to help whenever you are stuck and wants to see you pass with flying colours so is always pushing you.
The content i learn is very relatable to my role as there are a number of authorities we deal with on a day to day basis, so you understand what they do and why you are completing a task for them.
At the very start of working with Aon they show all of the networks they have within the company who individually participate in networking events outside of work.
Yes
The company are very inclusive and always have the employees best interest at heart.
Be yourself when it comes to the interview stage. And for this specific role, demonstrate how well you can interact with the interviewers, your peers and others.
