I am on a project for on average 6 weeks, my role in the job depends on the project.
I have developed time management and communication skills
The programme is a good opportunity, however, it can be overwhelming at times.
The company have made it clear how we will progress within the company.
My employer offers a good amount of support through different methods, for example, I have been given a counsellor who is a senior in the company that helps me to create my personalised career.
I would say that the support provided by the University could be improved by making it clearer who is there to support us and what their role in supporting us is.
I would say in the first year the qualification is not overly relevant to my job role.
There are many extra curricular activities within my company, for example, football and netball.
