I'm involved in opening and closing the business and look after cash management on my shift. I help my team to learn new skills and new briefs send to us.
I'm new to hospitality so I learned a lot. In 10 months working in the company I learned how to open the business and start the tills, I learned how to manage cash. I developed new skills like how to manage my team on the shift, how to resolve the issues with in the team and I'm still learning about the business in's and out's.

My program is well organised. I have meeting once a month with my mentor but I have lots of time to do work I have been given, and if I need help my mentor is always on end of the phone. The program shows me how hospitality works step by step.
My employer is very helpful. He helps me with day-to-day tasks and helps me to develop new skills in my current role as step-up team leader. He is very understanding and if I need help he willing to do what is necessary to help me. I can always count on him.
My lifetime training provider is very good I have a lot of options to contact any helpline. My mentor is a big support for me in my working towards the new career and qualifications. The helpline is available 24h and 7 days a week. I can email them and time day or night.

As the sales champion my responsibility is to look after all professionals networking like Facebook and Instagram as well as face to face communication with customers to promote our business.
