I am an assurance associate so i am involved in a variety of tasks like sample selection, walkthroughs and also substantive testing
I have developed my communication skills by having to adapt to different teams on a very fast paced rolling system so i have had to build a good rapport in a short space of time
I do very much - each day is different to one another and it is very flexible where required
Very - we use retain where you can see your estimated schedule for up to 3 months in advance the majority of the time
Alot - we have a counsellor, apprenticeship coach and also a buddy
Ive only had one week worth of college but they were always online and available when needed
We learn skills that are easily transferrable to my day to day role on the job
Many social activities like football teams, assurance family socials and other specific team activities
