I work in the restaurant as well as provide customer service.

I have learned a lot of new skill each lesson on how to adapt different approach ,In addition how to communicate with customer also how to deal with complain .

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It gives me the opportunity to understand the business back ground ,learning new skill ,In conclusion I am more confident at work. More importantly I have delivery a great customer service.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very easy to use plus using video so I can easy to understand .my training coach is very supportive too.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have to say from my business manager to people manager they are all very supportive through my whole course .They always be there for me.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provide is very to easy to contact ,they are always there if I need them .Furthermore my tutor is so supportive.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Since I start this course ,it definitely increase my confidence ,I work more professionally more importantly I have been leading my whole team to delivery a great customer service.

YES. at work we have difference activities like quiz ,tubing , football .we are all belong to mc family .

I have been working for the company for over 9 years . I really love what I am doing I get to meet new people everyday .the company is very diversity and equality. they look after their employee very well. More over McDonald have plenty of opportunity for every induvial ,they prompted their own managers, special with the apprenticeship course it gives everyone the second chance to achieve your dream. In conclusion I will strong recommend people to choose McDonald .
