    • My day to day life revolves around picking up issues within the ceiling void as well as closing them off and leasing with members of my team to complete tasks

    • i have developed my team working skills as well as worked on my communication skills as i am now confident to speak and lease with different supervisors to keep the job moving

    • i really enjoy this project as i get to work with different people with different expertise and this enables me to have an insight on different aspects of the building

    • my structure of the programme is well organised as i am in both university and at work gaining the experience

    • i recieve alot of help off my employer and my team members to complete tasks as well as helping me with my university work and works when on site

    • the training provider helps me work towards my qualification because i get support from the university lecturers
