I work as a paralegal. My daily role differs greatly from instructing experts, attending court hearings, liaising with clients and defendant solicitor. I am also required to review large amounts of documents, including medical records and police reports.

Yes
Although we are required to work very long hours which does impact on work / life balance there are other benefits and the team I work on are really supportive. I love the difference that we make to our client's recovery and life.
A lot is expected and therefore I would only recommend Irwin Mitchell to those that want to work hard but reap the rewards.
