I would say my day to day tasks are usually assisting users with issues, such as network issues, printer issues, meeting room issues and so on. This can also change depending on what is happening on the site I work at, as I could be related to the ongoing construction work.

When I started this job I had very little knowledge in IT and IT support, within a few weeks of being on site I learned a lot about networking and overall infrastructure. I have also learned quite a lot about other aspects like health and safety and construction, which is really lovely.
