Currently in my job role my main duties sit with the administration team. I file documents away, keep spreadsheets up to date, book jobs in and manage a compliance system.
I have learnt many skills since working at Balfour Beatty. I have learnt a lot regarding the construction industry as well as basic computer skills.
I started off on a Level 3 Business Administration apprentice, i then progressed onto a Charted Business Management Degree. I have enjoyed all of my studies, and i receive a lot of support.
The programme is very well structured.
Support is there if you need it.
Lots of support is given from the training provider.
